Thought it would be Fun to list all the crapp movies made from games. Feel free to point out any good ones lol.

Street Fighter van dam and the new one lol (Both very bad)
Doom
Far cry
resident evil (All of em)

No idea if they are any good, didn't read reviews and i'm definitely not gonna spend money on those kinda movies >.<

Both very bad film max payne was horrid they had a perfect and detailed story handed to them so they decided to do a different story and it was bad...

if you're going to talk about street fighter you can't forget the mortal kombat movies, or double dragon. As for the good ones I think especially compared to the rest of this list the Tomb Raiders shine like gems in the muck. I mean we get a good looking chick running around killing things, ain't nothing wrong with that Laughing

Concerning max payne, what the hell were they thinking. the story in the movie made no sense...

I really think that is the point. For some odd reason these movie makers get these game movies green lite. Then do absolutly no research on the subject matter. They rely on the fact that all the fans will rush to the theaters and get a good opening weekend box office sales. Then sit back and watch it crash and burn.

Maybe (big MAYBE) the film makers that are attempting to make the WoW flick will take a hint from Dark Knight, Iron Man, and Watchmen and realilize that while this is going ot be a game movie. It's still a movie and demands just as much attention as any other. But they probably won't

Dark Knight, Iron Man, and Watchmen all movies based on the comic/graphic novels which ment they had tons of source material to read cant realy got too wrong wow on the other hand is just a crappy mmo with a cult following which means the worst storyline/acting and effects will still get them billions at the box office.
